At Blu Selection, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated customer service professional to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our Client Interaction Center, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class support to our clients.

About the Role

">

We are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming queries, identifying issues, and providing solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

In addition, you will be responsible for recording data in our CRM system and providing ad-hoc support as needed. We are a team-oriented environment, and we expect all employees to participate in the success of the team and project.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a native level of German and at least a C1 level of English. Previous experience in luxury customer service or the hotel industry is also desirable.

You should have knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

We are looking for someone with a drive for excellence and professionalism, who is comfortable communicating with people and is an attentive listener.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position is full-time with 40 hours per week and offers a permanent contract.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and highly changeable environment. You will be part of the creation of the Customer Interaction Center and will have the chance to live and work in Berlin, the diverse and multinational capital of Germany.
