We are a fast-paced company based in Berlin, and we're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver World-Class Support: Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Answer Queries: Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information.
  • Solve Issues: Identify problems and offer effective solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain CRM Data: Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Provide Ad-Hoc Support: Offer additional assistance as needed, going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and contribute to the success of our team and projects.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Languages: Native-level German and at least C1 English proficiency.
  • Experience: Previous experience in luxury customer service or the hotel industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a drive for excellence and professionalism.
  • Work Permit: A valid German work permit is required.
