Customer Service Professional

As a Customer Service Representative in Portugal (Remote), you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service and addressing customer inquiries
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve key performance goals
- Utilizing cutting-edge technologies to deliver seamless customer experiences
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (B2)
- A high level of Norwegian language proficiency (written and oral)
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work rotating schedules and adapt to changing priorities
