Job Description: Engage with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, generate revenue by expanding existing accounts, and manage a client sales pipeline to meet targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Sales or Account Management within the Public Sector
  • Strong track record of successfully selling SaaS products
  • Confidence and proficiency in communicating at decision-making levels
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales/account management targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM databases and effectively managing the sales cycle
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain trusting relationships
