Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager in the Public Sector. This exciting role will see you working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions using our innovative technology.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Your strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements to effectively position Cisco's solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a dynamic IT environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with technology-based solutions and their applications in the public sector
