Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated German fluency WFH Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Germany, while working from home (WFH).

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is estimated at €13,800 per annum, based on a 14-month contract with a monthly gross salary of €1,000. In addition to the base salary, there is also a possibility of earning a sales bonus up to €120 per month. Furthermore, you will receive a meal allowance of €6 per working day, paid through a meal card.

Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound calls: You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers in Germany, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Sell packages: You will sell packages of our product to customers, cross-selling or upselling packages and associated products as needed.
  • Cross-Sell or Upsell packages: You will identify opportunities to sell additional products or services to customers, increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Customer support: You will provide exceptional customer support to customers, both pre-booking and post-booking, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our company.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous contact centre or customer service experience (preferable)
  • Excellent language skills in German, with the ability to communicate fluently and confidently
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions quickly
  • Patient and empathetic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with technology applications and software used in customer support environments

Training and Development: As a new employee, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure your success in this role. This will include an initial 30-day training period, during which you will learn about our products, processes, and procedures, as well as receive guidance on how to effectively handle customer inquiries.

Work Schedule: Your working hours will be Monday to Sunday, with rotative shifts within the schedule below:

Monday to Friday: 08:00h - 18:00h

Saturday and Sunday: 08:00h - 17:00h (occasionally you must have availability from 08:00h - 19:00h)
