About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled German-speaking Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our advertisers via email and chat.
Duties and Responsibilities- Offer first-level support to unmanaged advertisers using Ad Studio.
- Communicate with customers via email and chat, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive experience.
- Manage all queries, requests, and feedback received via chat.
- Use critical thinking to craft thoughtful responses to customer inquiries.
- Identify sales opportunities and provide consultative support to our sales team.
- Share product knowledge with advertisers and leverage internal systems to log issues.
- Work on occasional ad-hoc support tasks outside of the general chat queue.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A native or near-native level of German fluency (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering world-class service.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar customer success representative role.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
