At the Bosch Group, we're looking for a skilled Market Support Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact between customers and our technical team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless app usage.
About the JobThis is a challenging opportunity that requires strong communication skills, a solutions-oriented approach, and experience in customer-facing roles. You'll work closely with our technical team to provide timely solutions to customer inquiries, analyze requests, and escalate issues when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of modern software and apps, with a proven track record of providing top-notch customer support. Your fluency in Spanish (C1 level) and English will enable you to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert-level customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Analyze customer requests and respond accordingly
- Escalate complex issues to second-level support when necessary
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve customer complaints
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, communications)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
