We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support specialist to join our team at Bosch Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving technical issues related to our mobile app.

As a Market Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support via phone, email, or other communication channels, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also possess a strong understanding of our mobile app and its features, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to be proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or other communication channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, communications)
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of our mobile app and its features
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
