About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Expedia. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements
  • Fluent level of French (a good level of English is a plus)
