Primary Responsibilities
The Partner Success Associate will be responsible for ensuring that Expedia Group's hotels have great rates and room types available to customers at all times. This includes working with hotel partners to improve their marketing and distribution potential on the Expedia marketplace.
Key Accountabilities
- Optimize content, rate, and availability competitiveness on Expedia sites to increase customer conversion.
- Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high-demand periods to satisfy customers' needs.
- Secure promotional offers to support the brands' merchandising and marketing efforts.
- Educate hotel partners on self-service features available on Expedia Partner Central.
- Re-establish relationships with dormant hotel partners.
- Support demand generation and research to identify properties not listed on the Expedia marketplace.
Requirements
Proficiency in the German and English languages, with another European language being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a high-impact personality, intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationships, and strong organization and time management skills.
