Italian Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Italian-speaking customer support professional to join our team in Lisbon. As a leading BPO company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and working with top international brands.
About the RoleYour primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to customers through inbound calls and inquiries. This includes resolving issues efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and offering recommendations for common problems.
- Fluency in Italian (C2 level or native)
- Good knowledge of English (B1 level)
- Typing speed: 20 words per minute
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or contact with clients is an asset
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong time management and teamwork abilities
