**Job Summary:** At the Gofluent Group, you will be part of a diverse team that welcomes and supports Spanish learners through phone and email interactions. Your primary role will be to respond to their needs, ensuring a seamless training experience while maintaining ongoing communication.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage relationships with clients/learners taking goFLUENT lessons/training.
  • Assist learners who need help through calls or emails as prescribed by documented processes and/or with supervisor guidance.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Call clients to follow up on their training progress.
  • Conduct demo calls.
  • Assist Account Managers/Sales as deemed necessary by the LC Manager.

**Requirements:**

  • Soft skills: empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
  • University degree: Language Studies, Translator/Interpreter.
  • Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and able to multitask.
  • Ability to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools.
  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent English skills.
  • Other languages valued: Catalan, Portuguese, French, Italian.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €25,000 - €35,000 depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, based in Lisbon, Portugal.
