- We are looking for a highly skilled Learning Consultant to join our team and provide exceptional support to our learners.
- You will be responsible for managing relationships with clients/learners, assisting with queries, and resolving customer complaints.
- As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Sales/Customer Success Management Team to ensure seamless communication and updates on client progress.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Language Studies or Translator/Interpreter.
- Soft skills including empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and able to multitask.
