The Role
We're looking for a customer advocate, someone who understands product onboarding with customers, loves our products, and enjoys the challenge that comes with problem solving. This is not a formal corporate role; we're on a first-name basis.
Your Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact and will be responsible for the well-being of our restaurant partners. This includes ensuring customer onboarding and training, creating value for our restaurant partners by identifying, clarifying, and prioritizing partner needs, providing excellent customer service, and setting realistic expectations for the partnership.
Key Qualifications
Graduates / Currently pursuing - Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Sales, Computer Science, or similar subjects. You have great social skills and enjoy interacting with customers. You have an entrepreneurial way of thinking and interest or experience in project management or entrepreneurship.
