About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telecom Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Porto. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Job Description

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for handling inbound queries from customers via phone, email, and chat, providing product guidance, and resolving technical problems. Your mission is to deliver outstanding service, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, provide solutions, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose technical problems, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Guidance: Educate customers on telecom products, plans, and usage tips to optimize their experience.
  • Data Entry: Record and update customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system.
Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in English (spoken and written) and proficient in French.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, telecom, or tech support is an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of telecom products or a willingness to learn.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
