Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth by compelling businesses to switch to our superior waste management service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls daily to businesses to upsell our services using a simple pitch
- Maintain a 40% activity rate by making a minimum of 100 call minutes/day
- Convince clients to switch their waste management service to us, who cover the termination fee
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Steady employment record with an average tenure of at least 1 year across roles
- Exceptional communication skills: You're a natural conversationalist and effective closer
- Quota-driven mindset: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas
