Executive Director of Healthcare Sales and Growth

About the Role: As our Chief Commercial Officer, you'll drive growth in key European markets, particularly Portugal, Spain, the UK, and the DACH region. You'll lead a team, ensuring revenue targets are met while fostering a collaborative work environment. Your leadership will support the team in navigating large healthcare contracts and public tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Strategy: Guide and coordinate our sales team, driving performance across key European regions.
- Hands-On Sales: Take ownership of a personal sales quota, closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with marketing to execute go-to-market strategies.
- Navigate Cultural Nuances: Localize sales approaches for each European market.
- Mentor and Develop: Nurture a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Leader: Extensive experience in healthcare sales, particularly to large hospitals and public institutions.
- Enterprise Expertise: Demonstrated success in closing complex deals with ACVs of €100k+.
- Cultural Awareness: Ability to adapt and tailor sales strategies for different European markets.
- Consultative Selling: Comfortable with intellectual, consultative sales.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Spanish is an advantage.
