Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Expert for the German market. The successful candidate will be based in vibrant Lisbon and will play a key role in supporting our German-speaking customers while collaborating with a diverse and inclusive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Handle incoming inquiries from German-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
    • Provide accurate and timely responses to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in the internal system.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback and insights.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills:
    • Native or C2-level proficiency in German (written and spoken).
    • Minimum C1-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Professional Skills:
    • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles is a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Comfortable using CRM tools and software.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite or similar applications.

    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
