About the Role
Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Director to lead our Sell Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to drive the success of our CRM product.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our CRM partnership
* Act as a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the Sell business, coordinating daily interactions and operations to ensure seamless integration
* Identify and resolve operational challenges, across ProdDev and GTM, to support collaboration and overall success of Sell
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Sell business, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon service level metrics
* Serve as the main contact for all communication and critical issues between Zendesk and our partner
* Manage the financial aspects of the partnership, including reporting and payment for revenue sharing, P&L management, cloud cost understanding, and other special projects as necessary
