We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Sell Business Unit in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of the Zendesk team, you will be responsible for integrating and optimizing operations to drive the success of our Sell business.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the Sell business, coordinating daily interactions and operations between Zendesk and Persistent.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Persistent partnership.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges across ProdDev and GTM to support collaboration and overall success of Sell.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Persistent relationship and Sell business, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon service level agreements and important metrics.
- Serve as the main contact for all communication and critical issues between Zendesk and Persistent.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive business strategies.
- Excellent data analysis skills, as well as systems-level awareness and thinking.
- Foster and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with collaborators, including both external and internal teams.
- Experience working with engineering and product management teams.
- Strong communication & writing skills, with demonstrated ability to influence.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and apply structured approaches/methodologies to projects.
Benefits:
- Hybrid work experience with flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
- Competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
