Business Director for Sell Business Unit

**About the Role**
As **Director of CRM Business Operations**, you will lead initiatives to integrate and optimize operations, ensuring that Sell achieves its performance targets. You'll work closely with collaborators across both organizations to drive the success of Zendesk's Sell business.
**What You'll Do**
- Act as a DRI for the Sell business, coordinating daily interactions and operations between Zendesk and Persistent to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Persistent partnership.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, across ProdDev and GTM, to support collaboration and overall success of Sell.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Persistent relationship and Sell business, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon service level agreements and important metrics.
**What You'll Bring**
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive business strategies.
- Excellent data analysis skills, as well as systems-level awareness and thinking.
- Foster and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with collaborators, including both external and internal teams.
- Experience working with engineering and product management teams.
- Strong communication & writing skills (both written communications & presentation skills), with demonstrated ability to influence.
