About the JobWe're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our European team, responsible for translating vendor/technology growth plans internally and driving them in specific strategic segments. The main accountabilities for this role include growing profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment under clear managerial direction.
Key Skills and Experience- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market presence in Europe
- Identify and engage potential distribution partners, fostering strong relationships
- Collaborate with vendors for favorable terms, pricing, and promotional activities
- Drive product adoption through effective communication and value proposition
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, monitoring performance
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. You should have a minimum of 3 years of European business development experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of the European distribution landscape.
