Job Title: Global RV Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our global RV sales division.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2C commercial strategy, driving sales growth globally through scalable sales principles, processes, and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the global B2C commercial function, including sales principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Lead online lead generation efforts on our website and third-party platforms to drive B2C sales growth.
  • Manage and coach a team of remote and local sales professionals, focusing on achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze sales funnels, conversion rates, and lead generation metrics to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance e-commerce capabilities and drive digital sales.
  • Support the development of strong dealership networks for B2B sales, while maintaining focus on B2C.
  • Execute the 2024 sales plan and contribute to building the 2025 budget and growth and product roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years managing teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven expertise in e-commerce, lead generation, B2C sales strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in CRM systems, data-driven decision-making, and product management.
  • Experience in the automotive, RV / vehicle sales, or marketplace industries.
  • Ability to coach and lead a diverse team in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and humble mindset.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or Italian is a plus.

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year.
