Global RV Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our global RV sales division.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2C commercial strategy, driving sales growth globally through scalable sales principles, processes, and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the global B2C commercial function, including sales principles, processes, and best practices.
- Lead online lead generation efforts on our website and third-party platforms to drive B2C sales growth.
- Manage and coach a team of remote and local sales professionals, focusing on achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales funnels, conversion rates, and lead generation metrics to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance e-commerce capabilities and drive digital sales.
- Support the development of strong dealership networks for B2B sales, while maintaining focus on B2C.
- Execute the 2024 sales plan and contribute to building the 2025 budget and growth and product roadmaps.
Requirements:
- 8-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years managing teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven expertise in e-commerce, lead generation, B2C sales strategy, and digital marketing.
- Strong skills in CRM systems, data-driven decision-making, and product management.
- Experience in the automotive, RV / vehicle sales, or marketplace industries.
- Ability to coach and lead a diverse team in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and humble mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or Italian is a plus.
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year.
