Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team in the Iberian region. As a key member of our sales and customer-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our language training solutions.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and analytical individual with excellent communication skills in Spanish and Portuguese (native or C1 level) and English (intermediate level desirable). If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are able to adapt easily to change, we encourage you to apply.

About the Position:

  • Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges, and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.
  • Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert.
  • Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
  • Be a growth driver by identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Collect feedback and analyze the learners' experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
  • Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance, and recommendations to optimize clients' training performance.

Based on your qualifications and experience, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on location and other factors.
