About the Role

We are seeking a German Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone for our sports betting and gaming products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to our sports betting and gaming products.
  2. Assess individual customer issues and take appropriate action to ensure customer needs are met.
  3. Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve common objectives.
  4. Evaluate system anomalies and general issues faced by customers and escalate them to the relevant party.
  5. Understand Standard Operating Procedures and deliver service/quality standards to agreed levels.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Good computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in sports, casino, and poker products is a plus.
