German Customer Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a German Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone for our sports betting and gaming products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to our sports betting and gaming products.
- Assess individual customer issues and take appropriate action to ensure customer needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve common objectives.
- Evaluate system anomalies and general issues faced by customers and escalate them to the relevant party.
- Understand Standard Operating Procedures and deliver service/quality standards to agreed levels.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and provide high-quality customer service.
- Good computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in sports, casino, and poker products is a plus.

- Hybrid working model (2 days in the office + 3 days at home).
- Monday to Sunday, between 07:30 am and 10 pm.
