**Transforming Business with Unit4**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Unit4. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with our existing customers in close collaboration with our marketing, BDE, and existing business sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities with existing customers by qualifying, progressing, and closing software/service revenue opportunities.
- Use your experience and consultative selling skills to build relationships with customers and executive sponsors.
- Manage RFI/RFP processes as required.
- Manage the full life cycle of sales from generating leads, demonstrating the product, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
- Forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning.
- Utilize Dynamics CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
- Various ad-hoc tasks within business development, sales, and marketing.
Requirements:
- A passionate existing business (farmer) sales professional with a proven track record of at least 3 years quota overachievement with a SaaS solution.
- Experience and network within ERP SaaS is an advantage but not essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree will be a plus.
- Adaptable and lively, enthusiastic personality.
- Results-oriented & self-starter.
- Focus on customer satisfaction/success.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English – both written and verbally.
