Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented Sales Enablement Specialist - CRM Project Manager to facilitate effective communication between business categories and operational teams, drive CRM project progress, and capture forecasts to support campaign roll-outs.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather information from business categories and keep operational teams informed on scope, timings, volumes, brand guidelines, etc.
- Support defining and setting up efficient ways of working between business categories and internal/external partners.
- Create and monitor CRM project progress.
- Capture forecasts for internal and external partners.
- Drive the operational roll-out/localization of CRM projects to markets, liaising with internal and external partners/markets.
- Schedule and conduct engagement, onboarding & training sessions with category/brand teams and/or markets.
- Act as the single point of contact for IMS CRM Services.
- Collect feedback from requestors to analyze and generate insights for improvements.
- Experience in project management with stakeholder management.
- Global or multi-market environment experience.
- Knowledge of marketing and branding principles.
- CRM tools and technology expertise, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Klaviyo.
- Change management experience.
- Training other teams experience.
