Slovak Customer Service Expert

The perfect opportunity awaits for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Slovak Customer Support Agent. Located in Lisbon, Portugal, this role offers a unique chance to work with a global leader in the BPO industry.
About the RoleAs a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers while working with renowned worldwide brands. Your mission is to provide timely and empathetic support, resolving customer issues efficiently.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls and customer inquiries
- Providing support and direction to customers
- Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries and feedback
- Troubleshooting using open questions, support documents, and system training
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, good listening and empathy skills, and strong time management abilities. Previous experience or contact with clients is desirable but not mandatory.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in Slovak (C1/C2 Level or Native)
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Typing Speed: 25 words per minute
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Good computer skills
