About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a full-time remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from home while contributing to our business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects using a provided list of contacts.
  • Pitch and communicate the benefits of our professional photography services effectively.
  • Navigate gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Set up introductory meetings between potential clients and the Director.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize call scripts and outreach strategies.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in English with a clear, neutral accent (American or British preferred).
  • Proven ability to overcome objections, get past gatekeepers, and reach decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills, especially in a remote work setting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage outreach and track results.
