Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We have an exciting opportunity for a Polish Customer Support Agent to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Lisbon
Your mission as a Customer Support Agent is to provide top-notch service to our clients, working with prestigious worldwide brands.
Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:- Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries, providing timely and empathetic support.
- Resolve customer service issues efficiently, utilizing open questions, support documents, and system training.
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
- Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (Native);
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Typing Speed: 25 words per minute;
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Good time management skills;
- Team spirit and flexibility.
