The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Agent to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Senior Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients across Europe.

About the Job

  • Provide technical support to customers using our paid products, including music, super chat, and movies
  • Escalate complex issues according to defined procedures
  • Manage policy, safety, and copyright guidelines
  • Troubleshoot various problems, including account and bugs issues
  • Support with account and settings, including resolving content ID and rights management issues

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker with fluent English skills (B2)
  • At least 12 months of customer support experience in a contact center
  • Knowledge of BPO KPIs, including C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
