Position Summary
For our NBS Braga Order to Cash (O2C) department, we are seeking a Claims Management Specialist to analyze and resolve claims and deductions raised by different stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Claims Management Lead Specialist.

Responsibilities
• Register, categorize, and assign all customer claims and deductions raised by customers and internally.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement programs and standardize processes across all markets in scope.
• Analyze and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present during Daily Operational Reviews (DORs).
• Participate in KPI trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors, and problem-solving.

Requirements
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of basic Finance Terminology and notions required (Debit and credit Accounting rules).
• Good English level and Italian.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, with Strong Excel knowledge being mandatory.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Positive thinking, willingness to learn, and team player attitude required.
• Good organization and prioritization skills to cope with a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and respectfulness required.
