Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Claims Management and Resolution Specialist - German Language Expert to join our team. Reporting to the Claims Management Lead Specialist, this professional will be responsible for analyzing and resolving claims and deductions raised by various stakeholders.
A Day in the Life
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, registering, assigning, and categorizing customer claims and deductions
- Contribution to Continuous Improvement programs and standardization of processes across all markets
- Analysis and review of quality metrics and presentation during Daily Operational Reviews (DORs)
- Participation in KPI trend analysis, root cause identification, and problem-solving
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (desired but not essential)
- Knowledge of basic finance terminology and accounting principles
- Excellent English and German language skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel knowledge required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality
- Good organizational and prioritization skills to manage a fast-paced environment
- A strong work ethic and respectfulness
