**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Damage Claim Specialist to join our dynamic team at SIXT in Lisbon. In this role, you will take charge of managing damage claims, collaborating with internal and external partners, and delivering exceptional customer service.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will investigate and process damage claims efficiently, ensuring they align with our guidelines. You will collaborate with internal teams, insurance companies, authorities, and damage experts, providing excellent communication and negotiation skills.

You will be responsible for making informed decisions, contributing to a seamless claims management process. Your ability to handle a variety of cases and maintain high-quality standards will ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.

**Your Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Prior experience in claims management or customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ongoing ability to interact effectively with clients, insurance companies, and legal entities.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure may vary based on factors such as location and job requirements.
