Your Role at SIXT
You will investigate and process damage claims efficiently, ensuring they align with our guidelines. You will collaborate with internal teams, insurance companies, authorities, and damage experts. You will provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients in English. Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum.
Your Skills Matter
You have previous experience in claims management or customer service and a passion for client interaction. You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset. You demonstrate outstanding communication and negotiation skills and have a solution-focused working style. You are able to interact effectively with clients, insurance companies, and legal entities. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
