Job Description: Claims Management Specialist

The Claims Management Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and resolving claims and deductions raised by various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, registering, assigning, and categorizing customer claims and deductions
  • Contributing to continuous improvement programs and standardizing processes across markets
  • Analyzing and reviewing KPIs on quality of services and presenting during daily operational reviews
  • Participating in SLA trends, root cause analysis of mistakes, and problem-solving
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar field (desired)
  • Knowledge of basic finance terminology and accounting principles
  • Good English language proficiency and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong Excel knowledge and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills
  • Organizational and prioritization skills to handle fast-paced environments
