Claims Management Specialist

**About the Role**
Nestlé Business Services is seeking a Claims Management Specialist - German Speaker to join our team. As a key member of our Claims Management team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving claims and deductions raised by various stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receiving, registering, and categorizing customer claims and deductions
- Contributing to Continuous Improvement programs and standardizing processes across markets
- Analyzing and checking KPIs on service quality and presenting during Daily Operational Reviews
- Participating in KPI trends, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
**Requirements**
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar
- Knowledge of basic finance terminology and accounting rules
- Good English and German language skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Excel
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Positive thinking, willingness to learn, and team player attitude
- Good organization and prioritization skills
