About the Role
Nestlé Business Services is seeking a Claims Management Specialist - German Speaker to join our team. As a Claims Management Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving claims and deductions raised by different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Reception, registering, assignment and categorization of all customer Claims and Deductions raised by customers and/or internally;
Contribute to Continuous Improvement programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible;
Analyze and check KPls on quality of services provided and present during Daily Operational Reviews (DOR's);
Participate in KPls trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;

Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar;
Knowledge of basic Finance Terminology and notions required;
Good English and German level;
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications;
Good problem solving and analytical skills;
Positive thinking, willingness to learn and team player attitude required;
Good organization and prioritization skills to be able to cope with a fast pace environment;
Strong work ethic and respectfulness required;
