**Position Summary:** For our Nestlé Business Services, we're looking for a Claims Management Specialist. Reporting to the Claims Management Lead Specialist, this role involves analyzing and resolving claims and deductions raised by various stakeholders.


A typical day includes:



  • Receiving, registering, assigning, and categorizing customer claims and deductions;
  • Contributing to Continuous Improvement programs and standardizing processes across all markets;
  • Analyzing and checking KPIs on service quality during Daily Operational Reviews;
  • Participating in KPI trends, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.

**What Makes You Successful:** To excel in this role, you'll need:



  • A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred but not essential);
  • Knowledge of basic finance terminology and concepts;
  • Good English language skills;
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Excel knowledge;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork abilities;
  • Good organization and prioritization skills to handle fast-paced work environments.
