Role Overview
We are seeking a Claims Management Specialist to join our team in Portugal, reporting to the Claims Management Lead Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and solving claims and deductions raised by various stakeholders.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires fluency in English and French. As a Claims Management Specialist, you will contribute to Continuous Improvement programs and standardize processes across all markets in scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and check KPls on quality of services provided and present during Daily Operational Reviews (DOR's)
- Participate in KPls trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving
- Reception, registering, assignment and categorization of all customer Claims and Deductions raised by customers and/or internally
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of basic Finance Terminology and notions required (Debit and credit Accounting rules)
- Good English and French level
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (strong Excel knowledge is mandatory)
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Positive thinking, willingness to learn and team player attitude required

Estimated Salary Range: €45,000 - €65,000 per annum
