About the Role:
Nestlé Business Services is seeking a Claims Management Specialist - German Speaker to join our team. As a key member of our Claims Management team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving claims and deductions raised by various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and resolve claims and deductions raised by customers and internal stakeholders
Contribute to Continuous Improvement programs and standardize processes across all markets
Analyze and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present during Daily Operational Reviews
Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors, and problem-solving

Requirements:
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar (preferred but not essential)
Good English and German language skills
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (strong Excel knowledge is mandatory)
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Positive thinking, willingness to learn, and team player attitude required
Good organization and prioritization skills to cope with a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and respectfulness required
