Job Overview

We are a multinational organization recognized as one of the best sales and customer service solutions provider companies in the world. Our company takes care of employees from career development to language skills and social integration.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to communicate effectively in German and English. You will work closely with our team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around 1350€ gross per month, excluding accommodation. Alternatively, including free accommodation would be 950€ gross per month. Private health insurance is also provided directly after contract signature.

In addition to the salary, we offer relocation support for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick up, and yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country within the EU. We also provide help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival.
