As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our business strategy in Portugal. This will involve working closely with our retail partners to grow our business and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve overall Country financial target (omnichannel volumes & revenues).
  2. Drive growth and develop a strong relationship with existing and new partners in the market.
  3. Prospect and sign new strategic retail partners.
  4. Negotiate and renew all expiring agreements with existing Master Agents.
  5. Build a strong local Sales Team to expand direct retail independent network in Portugal.
  6. Enhance and implement strong competing strategies through effective pricing proposals and incentive programs.
  7. Enhance overall Retail network brand visibility in the country.
  8. Help drive Country digital acceleration with an omnichannel approach.
  9. Constantly identify business and operational risks and opportunities; converting them into actionable plans and driving effective implementation in partnership with a cross-functional team: Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Sales Support, Credit & Collection, Pricing Team, Receive team.
  10. Stay up to date with market and industry intelligence at micro and macro level (monitor competitor prices, promotions, network presence etc.).
