About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Minacs, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the cryptocurrency industry. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.

Requirements
  • Advanced level of German (written and oral) (C1)
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Minimum 6 months of prior customer service experience
  • High curiosity about the cryptocurrency market
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure
  • Fast learner, diligent worker
