Strategic Customer Success Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Zyte Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our products, leading to successful retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact and first point of escalation for customer concerns relating to any aspect of service.
- Represent customer needs across internal Zyte teams, coordinating technical requests or issues that sit with any Zyte team.
- Partner with Product, Support, Sales, and Delivery teams to deliver excellent service to our customers.
- Proactively identify and implement CX improvements through regular reviews of service for this customer.
- Deliver a formal status update regularly, reporting on all aspects of service that Zyte provides.
- Ensure a consistent customer NPS resulting in successful retention of this customer.
- Work with Sales teams on renewals and on proposals for expanding our footprint.
- Successfully onboard and retain our customers by driving programmes of adoption to maximize the value customers get from our products.
Requirements
- Customer-centric, data-driven, and commercially-driven individual.
- Ability to work closely with Delivery, Product, and Sales teams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
