About the Role:

We are looking for a German language speaker to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying and assessing customer needs, building relationships of trust, and providing accurate information using various tools and methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls from customers
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Native or near-native German language skills (C2)
  • A very good command of English language (B2 – C1)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
