Job Description

A full-time Technical Support role is available with Blu Selection in Tavros, Athens. The position involves providing technical assistance to customers via various tools and ensuring their satisfaction through effective issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding the software program.
  • Identify issues and provide suitable solutions.
  • Accurately record customer data in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project success.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and a good level of English.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Comfortable using computer systems, internet browsers, and software programs.
  • Independent and proactive work style.
  • Able to learn quickly and develop new skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is beneficial.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece is required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of €1200 gross per month (based on 14 payments annually) plus a performance bonus up to €200 per month, increasing to €300 after 6 months.
  • A 40-hour workweek, with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 7 pm.
