Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled individual to join our Private Wealth team at PT002 Mercer (Portugal) Lda in Lisbon. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office, offering a perfect blend of remote work flexibility and in-person collaboration.

As a valued member of our support team, you will work closely with Ireland-based consultants and financial planning teams to coordinate and deliver comprehensive services for our individual clients.

You will be part of a dynamic team supporting consultants in all aspects of pensions consulting and actuarial work on both corporate and trustee clients.

We Count On You To:

  • Provide a full range of support and services to clients to the Private Wealth team, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Support the team in processing new and existing business in a compliant manner, maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Draft client reports and collate valuations in line with peer review processes, demonstrating attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Assist with pipeline reporting via online websites and CRM systems, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Daily scanning, filling, and indexing of documentation to our CRM system, ensuring efficient data management and accessibility.
  • Deal with all queries and tasks allocated, responding promptly and professionally to meet deadlines.
  • Interact with 3rd parties and insurance companies, building strong relationships and resolving issues effectively.
  • Ongoing update and maintenance of client details in line with procedures and systems in place, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Process claims – retirement, death, or disability – efficiently and accurately, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and controls to ensure delivery of excellent service, upholding the company's reputation and values.
  • Support the Team Leader and Division Manager with ongoing and future projects, contributing your expertise and insights.
  • Maintain our CRM database in line with procedures, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and assistance with projects as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

What You Need To Have:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/C2), enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Minimum 1 year's industry experience in a similar role, showcasing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize and manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks efficiently.
  • Proven team player with a flexible attitude towards work, embracing change and adapting to new challenges.

With an estimated annual salary of €45,000 - €55,000, depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our Private Wealth team.
