About the Role: We are seeking a talented Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will be handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases, and providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in both French and English.
